Paisley was a pig who was practically perfect. She was her parents' pride and joy and had been since the day they hauled her home from the hospital. Her eyes were sparkling sapphires. Her snout was turned up slightly, and her tail was super springy. But Paisley wasn't pleased with pretty. She wanted to be stunning. Average just wasn't adequate. She demanded brilliance. Paisley wouldn't settle for second. She wanted to be first and fastest. Her goal was in sight, but it was hard work being perfect all the time. Just as she was getting a taste of perfection, something would happen to set her back. One day, a substitute teacher arrives at school. Paisley is sure it is going to be another perfect day.
