Finney, Jack
Jack Finney (1911-1995) nasceu em Milwaukee, Wisconsin, e tornou-se um grande escritor de ficção científica. Ele escreveu mais de trinta contos, dez livros e duas peças. Entre seus trabalhos mais famosos estão Assault on a Queen (1959), Time and Again (1970), From Time to Time (1995) e, claro, Invasores de Corpos (1955). Este último serviu de base para algumas versões no cinema: Don Siegel adaptou o livro em 1956, Philip Kaufman em 1978, Abel Ferrara em 1993 e Oliver Hirschbiegel em 2007. Jack Finney faleceu em 1995. |
