"Bella Bear Picking Berries" Children's non-fiction picture book. The story is about a little bear that does not want to take her nap. Her mother bear entices her with the upcoming forest trip to pick berries. Bella must rest to go on her berry picking which she much enjoys. In this story concrete counting system is introduced with the incentive to introduce children on how to count 1 to 10 or more based on a tangible familiar object. The counting process is strongly based on a logical format of representing math for young children age group three to six. The book is illustration combined with photos that are taken on an actual trail.
