Earth Moon and Mars Moon Colonies: The Red-Lighters: Dream Casters III The Red-Lighters are beings from the "goldilocks zone" in another galaxy where life by intelligent beings was expected and is now confirmed. Max led the Earth Moon Controllers and represented all that was good in mankind. Carmen led the Mars development, and with the skill of a Controller herself - represented all that was bad in mankind.
