Oswaldtwistle Writers' Oswaldtwistle Writers' were formed in 2010, when Peter Jones, already a library volunteer approached library manager, Susan Jabbari about the possibility of starting a writers' group within the library. The group meets on the second and fourth Monday of the month at Oswaldtwistle library, Lancashire, England and have been flourishing ever since. We run occasional workshops and set voluntary projects at each meeting. Our goal is to be accessible to writers of every genre and ability. Rowville Aspiring Writers Our Rationale. To share our work and to enjoy the work of fellow writers. To receive criticism with good grace. To consider suggested improvements. To gather knowledge to raise the standard of our writing. To provide an audience for the appreciation of our efforts. And, by meeting together, to be stimulated to work towards and achieve, the goals we each have set ourselves.
