Eleven out of twelve Councilors have been discovered in the Dream World, but the Air Councilor has yet to be found. Following a crazy lead, Connor embarks on an adventure with Chloe and Rose in order to find the final Councilor on the Western Continent and recruit him to join the resistance, fighting the Divine Leader.
