G. T. Karber, criador do popular jogo on-line Murdle, cresceu em uma pequena cidade no Arkansas. Ele se formou, com distinção summa cum laude, em matemática e literatura inglesa pela University of Arkansas e em seguida mudou-se para Los Angeles, onde obteve o mestrado em belas artes pela School of Cinematic Arts da University of Southern California. Como secretário-geral da Sociedade de Mistério de Hollywood, uma organização independente, supervisionou a encenação de dezenas de obras imersivas no estilo “Quem matou?” na região de Los Angeles.
