Neurotically Yours Reboot? How did that happen? Why reboot? Eh, every series gets stale after awhile and Neurotically Yours slowly started to fall into a rut. Germaine became this really complex character that most people couldn't relate to and most of Foamy's time was spent trying to explain the character's development to the audience.
