Valsiner, Jaan
Jaan Valsiner é professor da Escola de Psicologia Francis Hiatt da Universidade Clark desde 1997. Fez a sua graduação e pós-graduação na Universidade de Tartu em 1976 e em 1979, respectivamente. Integra o Programa de Comunicação e Cultura da mesma universidade. Participa em grupos de pesquisa no Brasil, Holanda, Austrália e Estônia, e é membro ativo do Fórum de Pesquisa Social Qualitativa (FQS, sigla em alemão). Recebeu o Prêmio de Pesquisa Alexander von Humboldt, na Alemanha, em 1995. É um dos mais eminentes especialistas mundiais em Psicologia do Desenvolvimento. Seu principal interesse é a organização cultural de processos mentais e afetivos no desenvolvimento humano durante todo o desenrolar da vida. Outros temas que lhe
