Schauer, Frederick
Frederick Schauer nasceu em 1946, nos Estados Unidos. É “David and Mary Harrison Distinguished Professor of Law” da Universidade do estado da Virgínia. Entre 1990 e 2008 foi Professor Frank Stanton da Primeira Emenda na Universidade de Harvard e, antes disso, professor de direito na Universidade de Michigan.
