Blanchette High School's varsity cheerleading captain, Molly Warner, has just finished another year of cheerleading. But her adventures aren't over yet. Molly writes a paper for her local government class criticizing proposed legislation that is before the Missouri House of Representatives. The catch is that the bill is sponsored by one representative, her mother. The bill affects Blanchette High School, a school physically falling apart after neglect from the board of education. Molly must work her way through the red tape of the Missouri legislature as well as complete her "mission" to save Blanchette High School from closing.
