Spritely and Babs join him in maintaining the musical beauty of their favorite flowing streams through seasonal shifts. Frozen water is the backdrop of winter. Spring thaw releases torrents of dangerously rushing currents. Summer allows time off to leisurely float down the Ramblin' River. And each fall regularly demands the hauling of sticks and fallen leaves from streambeds to avert dams and other dangers.
