This is a compilation of stories and poems, mainly from Levels Two and Three of the five-book Reading Logically series. There are a few stories and poems from Level One, and five new poems. If you already have the Reading Logically series, there is no need to also have this book, since all the stories, and all but five of the poems in this book, are contained in the series. This book is written on a second or third grade level, and is simply for enjoyment. Since the stories are taken from Reading Logically, which is a phonics-based reading program, many of the stories and poems have concentrated practice of a particular concept.
