Lemov, Doug

Doug Lemov é diretor-geral das Uncommon Schools e dirige a equipe Teach Like a Champion, planejando e executando a capacitação de professores com base no estudo de docentes com alto desempenho. Foi vice-presidente financeiro no State University of New York Charter Schools Institute e fundador, professor e diretor da charter school Academy of the Pacific Rim, em Boston. Foi professor de inglês e história nos ensinos superior, médio e fundamental. Graduou-se na Hamilton College, fez mestrado na Indiana University e MBA na Harvard Business School.
