Maclean, Sarah
Sarah MacLean passou grande parte de sua infância entre os livros da biblioteca da cidade onde nasceu, Lincoln, Rhode Island. Formou-se em História e em Antropologia Cultural pela Smith College, e em Educação pela Universidade Harvard, antes de se mudar para Nova York, onde escreveu seu primeiro livro. No início de 2012, lançou a série pré-vitoriana O Clube dos Canalhas, cujo livro Entre o amor e a vingança recebeu, em 2013, o Prêmio RITA. O terceiro volume da mesma série, Entre a ruína e a paixão, ganhou o RITA em 2014. Quando não está escrevendo romances, viaja pelos Estados Unidos para discutir sua posição nos estudos culturais e de gênero. É colunista no jornal estadunidense The Washington Post, e também tem colunas publicadas no The New York Times e na revista Parents. Sarah vive em Nova York com o marido, a filha, o cachorro e uma coleção gigantesca de romances. |
