ALEX PERRY é jornalista e escritor de não ficção, autor de diversos livros derivados de suas reportagens investigativas. Já escreveu artigos para os principais jornais e revistas do mundo: The New Yorker, Outside, Harper’s, The Guardian, Time, Newsweek, Roads and Kingdoms e The Sunday Times, entre outros. Por seu trabalho, recebeu diversos prêmios, incluindo honras da Society of Publishers in Asia, da Foreign Press Association, de Londres, e do Vietnam Veterans Memorial Fund, de Washington. Sua investigação sobre o uso de decapitações pelo Boko Haram foi solicitada como prova pelo Tribunal Penal Internacional em Haia.
