Mistaken identity leads to the death of a John Dillinger look alike. That results in poltergeists wreaking havoc in Bruno's life. It is up to his niece Tilly to placate the poltergeists that reside in Bruno's home. To do that, she must return the things that Bruno took from archeological dig sites. Tilly enlists the help of her friends Melinda and Lonnie to help her get the artifacts back to their original owners. The first four parts involve trips to different dates in ancient history. Part five contains science activities inspired by Tilly.
