The dictionary definition for a brat reads: an ill behaved child. That is not the kind of brats we are. "Brats" is also the term for children in general. Military brats are children of people in the military services. Robin and her best friend Tawana are twelve-years old and live in a trailer park. It is the beginning of summer vacation and they are hoping that THIS will be an exciting summer. Robin tells us about the happenings as we go with her through their summer.
